| The project of Golden Gulf
is situated at southern tip of Zhujiang River and the
center of Jinwan District. With blue sea and green hills,
it features rich water resources and graceful natural
scenes. It is only 30-minute drive from downtown Zhuhai,
Zhuhai Port or Jiuzhou Port, and 5-minute drive from the
entrance of Jiangmen-Zhuhai Expressway

stage of 2.5 square kilometers, and Australia Hassell
to complete the master planning. An 18-hole international
championship course and a 9-hole night course designed
by Colin Montgomerie the European number one for 7 consecutive
years, and the top-class hotel, clubhouse and country
club by Australia Hassell have already been put into
use and managed by IMG,the biggest sports management
in the world. The whole project is under good conditions
provided with clear main roads and fine water and electricity
systems.

Zhuhai Providence Real Estate Development
Co., Ltd., the developer of this project, is a joint
venture established by Zhuhai Jinwan Industry Development
and Hong Kong Upper Like Investment in 1999. It mainly
deals with golf course project development and management,
real estate development and sales and projects for tourist
and recreational purposes. About 2 billion yuan has
been invested in creating a fine environment for the
project of Golden Gulf, which will be one of the most
promising projects in Zhuhai.
Zhuhai City Government, Jinwan District
Government along with Zhuhai Providence cordially welcome
